Each apartment has thermostatically controlled central heating throughout and wood burning stoves are fitted in the living rooms for additional out of season heating when required.

The first basket of wood is provided free but there is a small charge for subsequent refill.

Cot and high chair are available on request.

All towels and linen (except for cots) are provided. In the laundry room there is a metered washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer (for the shared use by Orchards and Moorlands) and a payphone.

Ample on site car parking provided. A secure shed available for bikes.

There is private parking for 2 cars per apartment.

Shared garden furniture is situated in several areas of the garden together with barbecue facilities for each apartment. local shops and transport are within two miles at South Brent down a typical narrow but pretty Devon lane.
